What is the standard lead time for production?
Standard production takes about 7 to 14 business days upon approval of the digital proof and receipt of the downpayment. Lead times may vary based on order volume and item availability.
Do you provide digital mockups before printing?
Yes, absolutely. We always provide a digital proof of your customized item for approval. Mass production only begins once you are 100% satisfied with the design mockup.
What are your payment terms for corporate clients?
We require a 50% downpayment to commence production. The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery or pick-up. We accept bank transfers, GCash, and company checks.
Do you accommodate rush orders?
Yes, we can accommodate rush orders depending on our current production queue and the specific items requested. Please note that a rush fee may apply for expedited processing.
